First Home Alliance Virtual Homebuyer Education Class

This course is part of an 8-hour requirement split into a 4-class series. The 4 required classes are scheduled as follows:

• March 20, 2021  1:00pm – 2:30pm
• March 27, 2021  1:00pm – 2:30pm
• April 10, 2021  1:00pm – 2:30pm
• April 17, 2021  1:00pm – 2:30pm

Once this 4-part course is completed, you will receive a HUD certificate of completion that helps qualify borrowers for grant and down payment assistance programs, dependent on financial eligibility.

There is a $10 registration fee for this course.
