Song Hutchins is a HUD certified housing counselor also holds the HECM (Home Equity Conversion Mortgage) certification and provides a direct service to First Home Alliance homeowners seeking Reverse Mortgage Counseling.  She was Founder, President and CEO of Asian-American Homeownership Counseling, Inc. (AAHC); a HUD approved nonprofit that empowered and inspired individuals and communities to achieve and maintain the American dream of homeownership by providing counseling, education, tools, and valuable resources.  Song also is the Founder of two other nonprofit organizations: Founder and President of Asian Real Estate Association of America’s (AREAA’s), DC Metro Chapter and President/CEO of Dr. Michael Hutchins Impact on Wildlife Fund.  Song has over 28 years of experience in managing financial institutions, finance, and mortgage industries and over 22 years of experience in managing nonprofit organizations.
