The student will learn how a housing counselor recommends homeownership readiness based on sound financial principles such as: debt-to-income ratio credit history This course will also cover executing cost analysis of renting vs. buying.

Workshop B: In this course we will cover basic mortgage products. The student will learn the basic conventional and government issue housing mortgages that support evolving financial profiles. In addition, the student will be introduced to the complexity of identifying guidelines from lenders and the requirements to meet.
